Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using Another Me.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Another Me platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Hubcom ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@hubcom.tech.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) upload malware, conduct attacks, or attempt to compromise the platform; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without written permission; (e) use the Services to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content; (f) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; (g) circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partners (SePay, PayPal, LemonSqueezy). Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with at least 30 days notice for active subscribers.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. A 7-day grace period applies to failed payments before service suspension.

Taxes are added where required by law. You are responsible for any local taxes not collected by us.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may grant pro-rata refunds at our discretion in cases of extended service outages or billing errors. Contact contact@hubcom.tech within 14 days of the charge.

5. Your Content & Agents

You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, prompts, and configurations you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Services on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You represent that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

Backup is your responsibility: we provide export and download tools in your dashboard for you to back up Your Content. You are solely responsible for maintaining current backups. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of Your Content, including losses caused by service outages, hardware/software failures, accidental deletion, account termination, or force majeure events.

6. AI Output, Actions & Limitations

AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased output. Output is generated probabilistically and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification.

AI agents are autonomous tools that may take actions on your behalf based on your configuration and integrations, including sending messages, making API calls, executing transactions, posting on social media, sending emails, generating content, or interacting with third-party services.

You are solely responsible for: (a) configuring your agents and their permissions; (b) reviewing integrations and credentials; (c) monitoring agent outputs and actions; (d) ensuring agent use complies with applicable laws and third-party terms of service; (e) reviewing and validating output before acting on it or sharing it third-partyly.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from agent actions or output, including but not limited to: incorrect, harmful, or offensive content; financial losses from automated transactions; reputational damage from agent communications; data exposure from misconfigured integrations; violations of third-party terms of service; spam or unsolicited messages; legal claims from third parties; or any business losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Hubcom and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond this license.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party providers (e.g., AI models, messaging platforms, payment processors). Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, paid plans remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data export window: after voluntary cancellation, you have 30 days to export Your Content from the dashboard before permanent deletion. For account termination due to violations or fraud, we may delete data immediately without an export window.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBCOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hubcom and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Where applicable mandatory consumer protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
