Hubcom ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email — we never store plaintext passwords; we use OAuth or one-way hashed tokens for authentication), billing information (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers), profile data, and any non-conversational content you upload or configure while using your AI agents.
We automatically collect technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, log data, usage analytics, error reports, and cookies/similar technologies. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the Services.
When you connect third-party integrations (e.g., messaging platforms, calendars, CRMs), we receive only the data and permissions you explicitly grant via OAuth or API tokens.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Services; (b) authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse; (c) personalize and improve features; (d) process payments and manage subscriptions; (e) send transactional emails (account, billing, security); (f) provide customer support; (g) comply with legal obligations.
Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and you may opt out at any time.
3. AI Agents & Your Data
Each AI agent runs in an isolated container dedicated to your account. Agent configuration, knowledge base, and uploaded files are stored within your tenant and are not accessible to other customers.
We do NOT persistently store your conversation logs from any chat platform (Telegram, Discord, or our native chat).
In-memory processing only: messages are processed in RAM to generate agent responses, then immediately discarded.
No metadata retention: we do not store timestamps, message IDs, or any chat metadata.
No training, no analytics on content: your chat content is never used to train models or shared with third parties.
Disclaimer on third-party platforms: when you chat with your agent via Telegram, Discord, or other third-party messaging platforms, those platforms have their own data retention policies governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. Another Me does NOT control how Telegram, Discord, or other third-party platforms store messages on their infrastructure. Please review the privacy policies of those platforms separately.
We do not use your private data, conversations, or agent memory to train public or shared AI models. Foundation models are accessed via licensed providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) governed by their respective data-handling terms.
You may export or permanently delete your agent data at any time from your dashboard.
Data backup is your responsibility: Another Me provides backup tools (export, snapshots, agent data download from your dashboard) for you to safeguard your data. However, you are solely responsible for regularly backing up your data. Another Me shall NOT be liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of agent data, configurations, conversations, or files, including but not limited to losses caused by service outages, hardware failures, software bugs, accidental deletion, account termination, or force majeure events.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited situations:
• Service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery, analytics) acting on our behalf under written confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
• AI model providers, only as required to fulfill your agent requests.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to affected users.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Production systems use multi-tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
Servers are hosted in reputable data centers (e.g., Cloudflare, Hetzner) with industry-standard physical and network security. Despite our safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies (e.g., for product usage metrics) are loaded only with consent where required by law.
You can manage cookie preferences in your browser; disabling essential cookies may break core functionality.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data Retention
We retain account data (profile, billing records, agent configurations, knowledge base) for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention) or in anonymized/aggregated form.
Chat conversations are NOT retained as described in Section 3 — they are processed in-memory and discarded.
Soft-deleted agents are recoverable for 30 days, then permanently purged.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at contact@hubcom.tech.
10. International Data Transfers
We operate globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States, the European Union, and Vietnam. We use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
